In 2007, IP VPNs (virtual private networks) have a substantial base in the US
marketplace and can no longer be viewed as an emerging technology. From a
deployment perspective, IP VPN services are well established, generally
available on a global basis, with traffic engineering capabilities and support
systems that have matured to a point where they are more than adequate for
most business purposes. IP VPN services are a critical part of today?s
